BPOA Endorsements

It is with a great deal of pleasure that I inform you, the following candidates have been awarded the
endorsement of the Burbank Police Officers' Association in their candidacy for Burbank City Council
member.  This endorsement has been made because of their current record on many issues of
importance to our officers and the citizens of Burbank, as well as the general public, and their
excellent leadership performance.We are proud to be one of their supporters, and look forward
to their service to the citizens of Burbank.
 


Gary Bric

Gary Bric is a lifelong resident with a contagious dedication to his community and public service.

Gary was elected to the Burbank City Council in 2007, named Vice-Mayor in 2008 and Mayor in 2009. He has lived in Burbank since 1953 and has an extraordinary record of civic participation including memberships in the Elk and Moose Clubs, Burbank Men’s Golf Club, California Restaurant Association and Chamber of Commerce.

His important board work includes time on the City’s Traffic and Transportation Committee, Valley Economic Alliance, Sister City Committee, Transit Services Task Force, and the League of California Cities
